Delivery

The Big Day store sells downloadable digital products (PDF) only. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.

After successful payment the download link arrives immediately at the email address you gave, and it is also available on the order confirmation page. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or write to nemethlajko.business@gmail.com with your order number – we will send a new link.

The rules on withdrawal and refunds for digital content are set out in clauses 8 and 9 of the Terms and Conditions and in the Refund Policy.
