Terms and Conditions

2. Scope. These Terms apply to digital products bought in The Big Day online store. By placing an order you accept them.

3. Product. A downloadable PDF wedding planning system ("The Big Day"). It is digital content; no physical copy is made and nothing is shipped.

4. Prices. Prices are shown on the product page in the currency of your market (USD in the English store). Prices do not include VAT because the seller is VAT-exempt under the Hungarian small-business scheme. We may change prices; already placed orders are not affected.

5. Ordering. Add the product to the cart, tick the mandatory consent box (see clause 8), enter your details at checkout and pay. Placing the order carries an obligation to pay. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. The contract is concluded electronically, is not filed by us, and is in English (Hungarian in the Hungarian store). You can correct input errors in the cart and at checkout before paying.

6. Payment. By card or other methods offered at checkout via Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details.

7. Delivery. The file is available for download immediately after successful payment via the link in the confirmation email and on the order confirmation page. Nothing is shipped. If you lose the link, contact nemethlajko.business@gmail.com.

8. Right of withdrawal – digital content. Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract without giving a reason. The product is digital content not supplied on a physical medium. The right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. We ask for this consent with a mandatory checkbox in the cart; without ticking it you cannot continue. By ticking the checkbox and placing the order you expressly acknowledge that there is no withdrawal and the price is not refunded if you change your mind after the download has been made available. This clause does not affect your rights if the product is defective (clause 9).

9. Defective delivery. If the file cannot be opened, is corrupted, or does not match its description, contact nemethlajko.business@gmail.com with your order number. We will repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible. Simply changing your mind is not a defect.

10. Copyright and use. The product is protected by copyright. You may use and print it for your own personal use only. Resale, public sharing, uploading or distribution of copies is prohibited.

11. Complaints and disputes. Contact nemethlajko.business@gmail.com or +36 30 580 9671. We reply in writing within 30 days, giving reasons if a complaint is rejected. Complaints and replies are kept for 3 years. Consumers may also turn to the competent conciliation body (for the seller: Vas County Conciliation Body, 9700 Szombathely, Honvéd tér 2, Hungary) or the courts.

12. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law. Hungarian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory consumer protection in their country of residence. We may amend these Terms; an amendment applies to orders placed after it is published.
