Withdrawal Information

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract without giving a reason. For downloadable digital content, if delivery began with your express consent and you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal no longer applies – so for the PDF bought in The Big Day store the price is not refunded if you change your mind. Details: clause 8 of the Terms and Conditions.
